Real estate was something that I learned about when I was 18 years old. Since then, I always wanted to get my license. For about 2 years, I would work on taking the state course and then, because I would get discouraged, I would stop taking the course. I was always worried that clients wouldn't take me seriously because of my age. Eventually, I worked up the courage to  finish my course and I passed the state exam. To my surprise, clients actually liked that I was in my early 20's. It meant that I was motivated and energetic! After a year in the business I formed a business partnership with Kyle Lambert, officially launching the Goins and Lambert Group at Remax. We sold over $20,000,000 worth of real estate and decided it was time to take the next step in our careers and launch a type of brokerage that doesn't exist in Ocala. When we wanted to leave our brokerage, we were looking for a trendy brokerage with a great location that financially made sense and had an outstanding culture. But, that did not exist in our town. So, we created it. Gold Street was born! We have made it our goal to be the number one brokerage in our market and we are off to a fast start. With God's help, we believe we will be the best option not just for agents to work at, but the best option to give clients an exclusive experience.
